acknowledging importance of production efficiency enhancement by means of automation and digital transformation, import substitution, and implementation of the industrial Internet of things, Kirovsky Zavod PJSC has successfully tested OPTIMUM AI Digital Equipment Monitoring System, an equipment monitoring system based on the OPTIMUM SES 2025 Digital Platform, on its own production sites.
As a result of the operation of the monitoring system at the pilot production site, productivity increased by 40% owing to reduction in the equipment downtime caused by organizational reasons and optimization of schedules and retooling. Availability of reliable and timely information about the actual load of the equipment and the reasons for its downtime made it possible to monitor the operations of the plant on a daily basis and identify in advance shortfall in production target.
